Catherine Klepic

Catherine Klepic is the Managing Director of BETH Institute, where she leads with an unrelenting commitment to fair energy innovation. A Virginia Tech alumna who graduated with honors in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, Catherine built her academic foundation around ethics, economic research, and the study of sustainable cities and human systems. Her early recognition in ethics and public speaking reflects a lifelong passion for bridging strategy with impact.

Before leading BETH’s operations, Catherine served as Grants Manager at Aerinet, overseeing client partnerships, strategic planning, and infrastructure initiatives that strengthened cooperative networks. At BETH, she directs organizational strategy, project development, and communications with a focus on creating meaningful, data-informed solutions for communities facing energy challenges. Catherine works to ensure that BETH’s mission remains bold, purposeful, and effective.
